The Footwear Industrialists Association of Turkiye, which was established in Istanbul on 27 May 1985, gathers sector members who have made their profession in the footwear industry and added value to this sector with their knowledge, skills, and experience, to ensure the technical and economic development of the footwear industry branch and to help meet all their professional needs.

The Footwear Industrialists Association of Turkiye determines the chairman and the board of directors among its members.

The main purpose of its activities, which it continues to develop every year, is to meet the technical, economic, technological, professional and social needs of the sector members who have made their profession in the footwear industry.

It always carries out its works meticulously in order to make the Turkish footwear industry a leader in the whole world market.

By carrying out social and economic activities with its members from different provinces of Turkiye, it helps to revive the footwear industry sector by taking the principle of unity and solidarity as its duty.

TASD plays an active role in the formation of all sectoral policies and practices related to the footwear industry, and in strengthening the sector in global competition by developing together with the sub-industry, by contributing to the progress and development of the footwear industry together with other sub-sectors.
